In order to implement the spirit of the "Opinions on Accelerating the Utilization of Waste from Livestock and Poultry Breeding" and other documents of the General Office of the State Council, conscientiously do a good job in the utilization of waste from livestock and poultry breeding in the province. Recently, the 2017 Shandong Livestock Manure Resource Utilization Conference Summit Forum hosted by the Shandong Provincial Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Bureau was held in Jinan. The New Energy Research Institute of our company was invited to participate in the conference, and Xu Pan, the director of the New Energy Research Institute, made a report entitled "Poultry Manure, Waste Gas, Electricity, Cooling, Heating and Fertilizer Polygeneration Technology (Introduction to the Research Results of the 863 Program)".
Xu Pan pointed out in the report that the prevention and control of livestock and poultry manure in our country is facing the trilemma of food safety, environmental protection and economic affordability. Technology is the fundamental way out of this problem. The “Biomass Gas Cooling, Heating and Power Cogeneration Distributed Energy System Demonstration Project” jointly undertaken by Shandong University and Shandong Luxi New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (863 Program) uses anaerobic fermentation technology to achieve more organic waste gas, electricity, cooling and heating fertilizer Co-production, material recycling, and energy cascade utilization are the technical routes for resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure. The "three-high operation" of large-scale biogas projects with high popularity, high output rate and high added value is the key to realizing its environmental, economic and social benefits. The energy cascade utilization technology and material recycling technology studied in this subject are the fundamental guarantee for high-value utilization.
Participants and the audience responded enthusiastically to the report. After the meeting, they had in-depth exchanges and discussions with the New Energy Research Institute of our company, which played a positive role in promoting the transformation of scientific research results of our school.
